RESOLUTION N0. 6 �
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD RESCINDING CERTAIN VARTANCES IN
TRACT 5103.
, The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:' ,
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Planning Commission, on July 13,
1g65 reviewed`to`progress of all�'var:iances granted in Tract 5103 � �
� and found four variances that had not been exercised and two
which had been partially developed,�and '. I I
• . Wf3EREAS, ,sai�3•Commission issued an order that notice '

be given to show cause within thirty days why two partially
developed variances'should'not be revoked, and '
� WHEREAS, on September'14 1965 a public hearing was
held to determine if said variances should not be revoked with •
. the final dete�mination that the following special uses should be
revoked. Therefore, the City.Council approves of said action
and rescinds entirely and completely the following variances:, _
1. ,Portion of Lot l, Tract 5103: W. and B. Harrell
�ranted a variance for additional dwellings as
per Planning Commission resolution No. 12g, approved '
on October 13, 195�• .
2. Portion o£ Lot 3, Tract 5103: B.J. and D.H: McCrae
granted a variance for a nursery'school as per
. Planning Commission Resolution 185 approved on
June 11, 1g57• .
3. Portion of Lot 5', Tract 5103: Ted Staley granted
a variance for a grocery store_as per Planning
Commission Resolution No. 16, approved on April 8,

4. Portion of Lot 10, Tract 5103: Wayne A, Clary
granted a variance for added units au per Planning
Commission Resolution No. 172, approved on August •
