RESOLUTION.OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF .
: LYNWOOD.REQUESTING WITHDRAWAL OF, A CERTAIN AREA �
OF LADID ANNEXED TO SAID,CITY FROM THE CONSOLIDATED
' SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT OF LOS.ANGELES COUNTY. ' •
• WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has completed the annexation .
of a certain area of land as hereinafter described, to said city, '
' of Lynwood, and • ,
UIHEREAS, the 'State of,California Health• and Safety
Code, Division 5, Part 3; Chapter 4,'Article 7, provides that '.
whenever any portion..of a' district is included within a city by .
reason of annexation,..such portion may be withdi�awn £rom the district
by request of the City Council, �
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council.of �
the City of Lynwood hereby requests the Board of Supervisors.of -
, Los Angel'es County.to'exclude from the',District those portions o,f
� the Consolidated Sewer Maintenance District lying within the
£ollowing described areas of land:
