RESOLUTION OF THE CITY.`COUNCIL,OF.THE CITY OF �
LYNWOOD WITHDRAWING A CERTAIN•AREA OF LAND.ANNEXED
- TO SAID CITY OF LYVW.00D FROM THE'ATHENS LIGHTING �

WHEREAS, the Ci.ty of Lynwood has. completed the annexation
of a certain area of land to said City of Lynwood, as hereinafter �
described, and . .
WHEREAS, the.State of Cali£ornia Streets and.Highways �
Code, Division 14, Part . 4, Chapter 16.of the Highway Lighting
. District Act'provides` that whenever. any portion o£'a district'is' .
ir_cluded within a ci£y by rea'son of annexation, such portion
� may. be withdrawn f�rom the District,.
' NOW,. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of '
the City of Lynwood that the f.ollowing described area o£ land
lying within said Atheris Lighting District of Los�Angeles County .
