SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Airport Land Acquisition is a complex process involving close coordination between FAA, the City, the
multiple land owners and the Land Acquisition Specialists working for the City. The environmental
process is now complete, and we can approach the land owners, following all of the laws and regulations
that guide how we must proceed. Attached is a memo which details this particular process.
