REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
APRIL 15, 2003
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Vizcarra called the Community Redevelopment Agency Meeting to order at 10:02
p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.

ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director Cole, Agency Counsel Martin, Assistant Executive
Director Dawson, Agency Secretary Flandrick

5. CONSENT CALENDAR
Councilmember Arrighi moved to approve the Consent Calendar, seconded by Mayor Pro
Tem Zovak and unanimously carried.
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of April 1, 2003, as presented.
B. THIRD QUARTER TREASURER'S REPORT, REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE
SUMMARY REPORTS
Received and filed the March 2003 Treasurer's Report and Third Quarter Revenue
and Expenditure Reports.
C. THIRD QUARTER BUDGET AMENDMENTS
Approved the third quarter budget amendments and amended the adopted budget
accordingly.
D. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. CRA 03 -800 — APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF
BILLS
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 03 -800, a RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN
THE SUM OF $51,493.74 DEMAND NOS 3092 THROUGH 3094.

7. NEW BUSINESS — None
8. COMMUNICATIONS — None
9. MATTERS FROM AGENCY MEMBERS — None
RECESS
At 10:03 p.m., the Agency meeting was recessed to the time of the joint closed session with
the City Council.
RECONVENE
The Agency Meeting was reconvened at 10:05 p.m. with all members present.

10. CLOSED SESSION
At 10:05 p.m., the Agency recessed to a joint closed session with the City Council for the
purpose stated below.
Purpose: consideration of real property acquisition
Property: located in Blocks A, B and D of the Rosemead Boulevard
Redevelopment Project Area
Authority: Government Code Section 54956.8
Negotiating Party: Executive Director /City Manager
Negotiating With: Property Owner(s) and /or Representatives
Under Negotiation: Methodology, price and terms
Representatives: Executive Director /City Manager, Agency Counsel/
City Attorney
RECONVENE
At 10:46 p.m. the Agency meeting was reconvened with all members present.
CLOSED SESSION STATEMENT
Executive Director /City Manager Cole stated the Community Redevelopment Agency /City
Council directed the Executive Director /City Manager to make an offer for purchase of property
in Block D. There was no action in regard to Blocks A and B.
11. ADJOURNMENT
The Community Redevelopment Agency was adjourned at 10:47 p.m.
