Member Hamilton introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.00-35
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING CONVEYANCE OF
TAX FORFEITED PROPERTY IDENTIFIED BY
HENNEPIN COUNTY PIN # 13-118-23-23-0005
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Medina has considered the matter of tax forfeiture
of the property identified by Hennepin County PIN # 13-118-23-23-0005; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the lot holds future public benefit as a public
trail.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Medina hereby
requests the conveyance of property identified by Hennepin County PIN # 13-118-23-23-0005 for the
public purposes above described and authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk -Treasurer to complete
the PT 962.RAR form on behalf of the City Council.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Smith and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Hamilton, Johnson, and Smith
and the following voted against same: None Absent: Zietlow
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
