RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF .
LYNWOOD REQUESTING GlITHDRAWAL OF A CERTAIN AREA
OF LAND ANNEXED TO SAID CITY FP�OM THE CONSOLIDATED
�"','�; SEWER.MAINTENANCE DISTRICT OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY. "
� WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has completed the annexation
of a certain area of land as hereinafter described, to said city
of �Lynwood, and ,
-WHEREAS, the State, of Cal'ifornia Health and Safety ,
Code, Divis�ion 5, Part 3; 4, Article 7, provides.that.
'whenever any.portion of a district is included within a city`by � �
reason of annexation, such,portion may be withdrawn from the district
by req.uest of the City Council, ;
• NOW,THEREFORE, BE-IT RESOLVED that th'e City Council ;of
, the City of Lynwood hereby requests.the'Board�of Super,visors of „
Los Angeles County to exclude from.the District thbse portions -
