At the November 17, 2011 City Council Meeting the City Council
repealing the existing code MCC 8-5-030 and replaced it with
deficiencies.
The attached Ordinance summary was not available to the Council
adopted Ordinance 891 Snow Removal
the revised language that would clarify
at the November 17, 2011 City Council
Ordinance 891 is also attached.
Meeting and needs to be adopted so it can be published. Adopted
