SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On March 10, 2011 the McCall City Council approved the Technical Advisory Group Independent
Advisor Agreement with Gary Young. That agreement expires on December 31, 2011. The TAG report
was submitted on October 14, 2011. After reviewing the TAG report, the McCall City Council issued their
requested modifications to the report on November 28, 2011. Since additional work is required by the
TAG during 2012, the contract with Gary Young will need to be extended.
The cost for his services will continue to be $75 per day plus expenses. In addition, Mr. Young will be
required to retain E & O insurance which the City will reimburse. This cost is $1,500 per year.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the extension to the Independent Advisor Agreement with Gary Young and authorize the Mayor
the sign all necessary documents.
