Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.00-37
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL FOR THE
PLAT OF LOOKOUT RIDGE
WHEREAS, James L. Frizzell and Nicole Frizzell, husband and wife, and Kevin E. Enge
and Connie R. Enge, husband and wife (collectively, the "Applicants") are the owners of property
located in the city of Medina at 3880 and 3882 Chippewa Road, respectively (the "Subject
Property"); and
WHEREAS, the Applicants received preliminary approval to plat the Subject Property into
two parcels by the city council on July 5, 2000; and
WHEREAS, the Applicants have applied for final approval for the plat of the Subject
Property; and
WHEREAS, this matter has been reviewed by the staff and city council for its compliance
with the requirements of the ordinances of the city and of the terms of preliminary plat approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that final approval be granted to the Applicants for the plat of Lookout Ridge, subject to
the following terms and conditions:
1. The Applicants must pay to the city an administrative fee in the amount necessary to
reimburse the city for its expenses in reviewing this application; and
2. The Applicants must file the plat of Lookout Ridge with Hennepin County within 60 days of
the date of this resolution or the approval hereby granted shall be null and void.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Johnson and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Johnson, Lane, Smith, and Zietlow
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Resolution 00-37 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL FOR THE PLAT OF
LOOKOUT RIDGE, duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Medina on August 15t,
2000, at a regular meeting thereof duly called and held, as on file and of record in my office,
which resolution has not been amended, modified or rescinded since the date thereof and which
resolution is in full force and effect as of the date hereof.
