RESOLUTION NO. 16-9151
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
SELL CERTAIN PROPERTIES PREVIOUSLY DECLARED AS SURPLUS
AND IDENTIFIED BY FOLIO NUMBERS 08-2122-003-1690, 08-2122-003-
1680, 08-2122-003-1670 FOR THE BENEFIT OF CITY; PROVIDING FOR
INCORPORATION OF RECITALS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, The City has declared the following properties, identified by folio numbers
08-2122-003-1690; 08-2122-003-1680; 08-2122-003-1670, as surplus; and
WHEREAS, The City Commission believes that it is in the best interest of the City to
authorize the City Manager to sell the properties identified by folio numbers 08-2122-003-1690,
08-2122-003-1680, 08-2122-003-1670 for the benefit of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA,FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission finds that it is in the best interest to authorize the
City Manager to sell the surplus properties for the benefit of the City.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10`"day of February, 2016.
