RESOLUTION N0 64-29
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD GRANTING CONSENT TO THE COUNTY
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS TO ACQUIRE RIGHTS OF
WAY AND CONSTRUCT IMPROVEMENTS FOR PORTION
OF CARLIN AVENUE IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD,
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Los
Angeles has declared that Carlin Avenue between approximately 570E
west of Atlantic Avenue and approximately 870i west of Atlantic
Avenue, being within the City of Lynwood, is a part of the system
of County Highways in said county for the purpose o£ and limited
to the aforementioned acquisition of rights of way and improvements,
and
WHEREAS, said Board of Supervisors has declared its
intention to acquire the necessary'rights of way and construct
improvements thereon,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City o£ Lynwood does hereby grant its consent to the said Board
of Supervisors to acquire the necessary rights of way and construct
the necessary improvements for that portion of Carlin Avenue hereto-
fore described in the City of Lynwood.
�BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
directed to transmit certified copies of this resolution to the
BOard of Supervisors, N. H. Templin, County Road Commissioner, and
R. B. Hever, Director, Department of Rg Estate Management,
