A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE CITY ENGINEER
AND AUTHORIZING THE LEVYING�OF THE ASSESSMENT
COVERING THE MODIFICATION OF TIIE STREET LIGHTING
SYSTEM FOR THE 1g64-65 FISCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Lynwood did, on I
the 27th day of April, 1964, file with the City Clerk as directed by
Resolution No. 64-26 of the City Council of the City of Lynwood, a
report setting forth the costs and expenses for the modification of
the street lighting system on Atlantic Avenue in the City of Lynwood
for the twelve-month period commencing July 1, 1g64 together with
the assessment diagram and assessment roll. Said written report
was made pursuant totYie provisions of Section 18090 and 18091 of
Chapter 6, Division 15, Part l, of the Streets and Highways Code of
the State of California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
. City o£ Lynwood as follows:
Section l. That said report, diagram, and assessment roll,
unmodified, is hereby approved and adopted.
Section 2. That the levying of the assessment as proposed
in said report is hereby authorized and approved.
Section 3. That the City Clerk of the City of Lynwood is
hereby directed to{ransmit to the County of Los Angeles Tax Collector
the diagram and assesament roll upon which said levy is based, and
said County Tax Collector is hereby authorized and'directed to make
collections of all sueh assessments and to perform all of the acts
and dutiea as are required by said act to be performed by the persons
'designated as "Tax Collector" in Chapter 6, Di vision l�F, Part 1, of
the Streets and Highways Code of the State o alifornia.
