RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD WITfIDRAWING CERTAIN AREAS OF LAND ANNEXED
� TO SAID CITY FROM THE CONSOLIDATED FIRE PROTECTION
DISTRICT OF LOS ANGELES COWiTY,
WHEREAS, the City o£ Lynwood has completed the annexation
of certain land, as hereinafter described, to said City o£ Lynwood, `
' and
WHEREAS, said City of Lynwood does provide fire protection
�' to said area of land, and
WHEREAS, the State of California Health and Safety Code,
Division 12, part,j, Chapter 2, Article 11, provides that whenever
any portion of a fire proteetion district is included within a city
by reason of annexation, such portion may be withdrawn from the
district,
_ _, NOW,.THEREFORE.,, BE IT RESOLVED by the Cicy Council of the
� City of Lynwood that the following described areas of land be and
the same are hereby declared withdrawn.from said Consolidate� Fire
Protection District of Los Angeles County:

the Lynwood city boundary, as said boundary existed

office of the Recorder of Los Angeles County, State of
California; thence North 83 45t_ West along the northerly
bound.ary of said tract a distance of 247,11 feet to the
