RESOLUTION N0 64-38
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD-REQUESTING WITHDRAWAL OF CERTAIN AREAS
OF LAND ANNEXED TO SAID CITY FROM THE CONSOLIDATED
SEWER MAIN�ENANCE DISTRICT OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY,
WHEREAS, the City of,Lynwood has completed the annezation
of certain'land"as hereinafter described, to said City of L�nwood,
and
�WHEREAS, the State of California Health and Safety Code,
Division 5, Part 3, Chapter 4, Article 7, provides that whenever any
portion of a district is included within a city by reason of annexa-
tion, such portion may be.withdrawn from the district by request of
the City Council,
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the'City Council of' the
City of Lynwood hereby requeste the Board of Supervitiors of Los
Angeles County to e�clude from the district those portions of the
Consolidated Sewer Main�enance District lying within the following -
, deseribed area of land:
