RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF Ti� CITY
• OF LYNWOOD WITHDRAWING A CERTAIN AREA OF LAND
ANNEXED TO SAID CITY OF LYNWOOD FROM THE
FIRESTONE GARBAGE DISPOSAL DISTRICT OF LOS
ANGELES COUIVTY, ,
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has completed the annexation
of a certain area of land to said City of Lynwood, as hereinafter
described, and
WHEREAS, the State of California Aealth and Safety Code,
• Division 5, Part 2, Article 6, provides that whenever'any portion of a
d'istrict is included within a city by raason of annexation, such
, portion ma� be withdrawn from the district,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
• City of L,ynwood that the following described area of lanc� lying with-
, in said Firestone Garbage Disposal District o£ Los Angeles County be,
and the same is hereby declared withdrawn from said_district: „
