will be videotaping and/or audio taping this public meeting. In addition, if anyone else intends to either video or audio

1 . Discussion and vote on CPC appointee to the Housing Trust .
2 . Discussion and vote on Brewster Historical Commission' s request for $ 15 ,400 in
administrative funds for FY 19 to continue listing sites on the state ' s Historic Register ,
3 . Discussion and vote on Brewster Historical Commission ' s request for $ 100 in professional
services funds for FY 18 in conjunction with its consultants ' work to list sites on the state ' s
Historic Register.
4 . Discussion and vote on revisions to the CPC ' s funding application .
5 , Update on status of grant agreements for 3 of the Spring Town Meeting awards .
6 . Update on calendar for open project reports .
7 . Update on status of members whose terms expire on 6/30/ 18 .
8 . Vote to approve minutes of April 25 , 2018 and May 9 , 2018 meetings .
9 . Items that the chair could not reasonably anticipate .
10 . Announcements .
11 . Next meeting : Wednesday, July 11 , 2018 @ 4 : 45 pm at Town Hall .
