CITY OF MOAB RESOLUTION 02-2021
A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MOAB
DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY OF MOAB AS SURPLUS
WHEREAS, the City of Moab has the right and title to certain property listed below; and
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of the City of Moab declares that at present time, it has no use
whatsoever for said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
MOAB THAT:
1. The property detailed on the attached list is hereby declared as surplus city property.
2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED in open Council by a majority vote of the Governing Body of the
Moab City Council this 9th day of February 2021.
