RESOLUTION N0, 64-41
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ADOPTING BUDGET PROPOSAL FOR
EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED UNDER SECTION
2107.5 OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE,
WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed between
� the State of California and the-City of Lynwood for the expendi-
ture of the engineering allocation to c3ties, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement
in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood that said budget proposal be and ia hereby adopted
as the budget of proposed expenditures o£ the engineering allocation
to cities, and said budget proposal be and the same is hereby
approved and the Mayor is directed to sign the sa.me on behalf of
said City, said budget proposal to be binding upon the City upon
its approval by the authorized officials of the State.
