REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 2, 2003
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Vizcarra called the Community Redevelopment Agency Meeting to order at 8:34
p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.

5. CONSENT CALENDAR
Mr. Arrighi moved to approve the Consent Calendar, seconded by Mr. Capra and
unanimously carried by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Member - Arrighi, Capra, Wong, Zovak, Vizcarra
NOES: Member -None
ABSENT: Member -None
ABSTAIN: Member -None
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of August 19, 2003, as presented.
B. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. CRA 03 -812 — APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF
BILLS
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 03 -812, a RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN
THE SUM OF $74,527.52 DEMAND NOS. 3111 THROUGH 3113.

At 8:35 p.m. the Agency meeting was recessed to the time of a closed session for the purpose
stated below.
RECONVENE
The Redevelopment Agency meeting was reconvened at 8:44 p.m. with all Agency Members
present.

At 8:44 p.m. the Agency meeting was recessed to a closed session for the purpose stated
below.
Purpose: consideration of real property acquisition
Property: located in Block D of the Rosemead Boulevard Redevelopment Project
Area at 9021 Las Tunas Drive (Edwards Theatre)
Authority: Government Code Section 54956.8
Negotiating Party: Executive Director
Negotiating With: Property Owner(s) and /or Representatives

RECONVENE
At 9:14 p.m. the Agency Meeting was reconvened with all Agency Members present.

Executive Director Cole stated no action was taken.
