ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401 (STREETS AND HIGHWAYS), SCHEDULE G, (STOP INTERSECTIONS),
SUBPARAGRAPH (B), (OTHER SPECIFIED INTERSECTIONS); AND SCHEDULE H
(YIELD SIGNS), OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, PERTAINING TO A
PORTION OF MULBERRY STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401 (Streets and Highways), Schedule (G), (Stop
Intersections), Subparagraph (b), (Other Specified Intersections), of the Code of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the addition of Mulberry Street at Elm Street,
as follows:
Mulberry Street: before entering Elm Street.
Section 2. Section 19-401 (Streets and Highways), Schedule (H), (Yield Signs),
Subparagraph (a), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the
removal of a portion of Mulberry Street, as follows:

Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
