RESOLUTION N0. 64-53
A RESOLUTION OF TFiE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ALLOCATING FUNDS FOR ADVERTISING,
PROMOTION AND PUBLICITY
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section l : An agreement exists between the City of
Lynwood and the Lynwood Junior Chamber of Commerce to which this .
resolution is a part and is referred to as "Exhibit A." The
purpose of this exhibit is to establish a budget and method of
payment to the Junior Chamber in exchange For advertising,
promotion and publicity of the city.
Section 2 : There is appropriated from the General
Fund of the city a total of $85o which is the maximum that will
be paid for advertisin�, promotion and publicity by Junior
Chamber in fiscal 1g64-65 This sum will be allocated to Junior
Chamber as follows:
a, $�+25 on or about September l, 1964
b. �425 on or about March l, 1965
said allocation being subject to the quarterly statement and
, payback stipulations contained in the agreement,

Junior Chambe'r"may not exceed the amount allocated for any one
item hereinabove described. Expenditures for any one item other
than salary may exceed the amount indicated after prior written

Section 4 s This exhibit resolution shall terminate on
