, ` The City Council of the City of I�ynwood does hereby ,
resolve as follows: ,
� Section 1: Annexation has been requested by Earle M.
Jorgensen Company.to trie City of Lymaood. A portion of said
conpany�s northerly boundary is Seminole Avenue which is
totally within the corporate jurisc3iction of the City of'
South Gate. Said Avenue provides major access to and £rom
the plant £acilit,ies o£ Earle M. Jorgensen Company.
•, Section 2: In the event that the Annexation of Earle M.
Jorgensen Gompany to the City o£ Zynwood is successful by
Julv 1, 1965 and i£ desired by the Gity oP South Gate, the
City of Lynwood will agree to completely maintain the
� southerly one-half of Seminole Avenue between Alameda ,
Street and Santa Fe Avenue. ° _ .
