COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 16, 2003
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Vizcarra called the Community Redevelopment Agency Meeting to order at 10:24
p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL

ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director Cole, Agency Counsel Martin, Agency Secretary
Flandrick
Executive Director Cole requested the Agency consider adding an item to the agenda that
came to the attention of staff after the agenda had been posted. There was a need for
immediate action for this closed session item, the purpose of which was consideration of real
property acquisition located in Block A of the Redevelopment Project Area (northwest corner
of Rosemead and Las Tunas).
Mr. Arrighi moved to make the finding that the need for immediate action came to the
attention of the City after the agenda had been posted pursuant to Government Code Section
54954.2(b)(2), seconded by Vice Chairman Zovak and unanimously carried.
Mr. Arrighi moved to place the item as outlined on the agency agenda as Item 10(A) — Closed
Session, seconded by Mr. Capra and unanimously carried.

5. CONSENT CALENDAR
Mr. Arrighi moved to approve the Consent Calendar, seconded by Mr. Capra and
unanimously carried by the following roll call vote:

NOES: Member -None
ABSENT: Member -None
ABSTAIN: Member -None

Approved Minutes of the Regular Meeting of September 2, 2003, as presented.
B. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. CRA 03 -813 — APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF
BILLS
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 03 -813, a RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN
THE SUM OF $98,382.79 DEMAND NOS. 3114 THROUGH 3116.
