AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401 , (STREETS AND HIGHWAYS), SCHEDULE A (SPEED LIMITS),
SUBPARAGRAPH (D), (FORTY MILES PER HOUR) OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, PERTAINING TO SPEED LIMITS ON PORTIONS OF CHRISTY DRIVE
AND JEFFERSON STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, (Streets and Highways), Schedule A, (Speed Limits),
Subparagraph (d), (Forty Miles Per Hour), of the code of the City of Jefferson, is hereby
amended by the addition of portions of Christy Drive and Jefferson Street, as follows:
Christy Drive: between Ellis Boulevard and the Highway 54 exit ramp.
Christy Drive: between Ellis Boulevard and Route B.
• Jefferson Street: between Ellis Boulevard and the Highway 54 entrance ramp.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
