Evaluation and Review Ccnoittee conditionally approved the
following lot line adjustment. Appeals must be filed prior to
5:00 p.m. on Friday, june 22, 1990.
Lot Line Adjustment No. 90-154 betueen APN: 04-530-10 and
04-530-23 at 2375 Old Sonana Road and 1052 Von Brandt. The

The Public Works Department has reviewed the application for the subject
Lot Line Adjustment. The following items will be required of the applicant as
conditions of approval for the Lot Line Adjustment.
1. Installation of street trees on Franklin Street along the site's
frontage.
2. Repair of the existing deteriorated sidewalk along the project -s
frontage On Franklin Street and Elm Street.
3. The applicant shall pay an Inspection Fee for the required on and
offsite inprovements.
4. To guarantee completion of the inprovements, the applicant will be
required to enter into an agreement with the City and provide a
faithful performance bond prior to approval of the Lot Line Adjustment.
A bond and agreement will not be required if all improvements are
completed prior to approval of the Lot Line Adjustment.
This is a general list of requirements based on the lot line adjustment
map. During the design of the project, the extent of the required inprovements
shall be determined bY the City Engineer. All irrprovements shall be constructed
to City Standards.
