RESOLUTION No. 64-66
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYt�1td00D APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE CITY
ENGINEER AND FIXING TIME OF HEARING IN THE
MATTER OF THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT OF LOS
FLORES BOULEVARD SETWEEN LONG BEACH BOULEVARD
AND IMPERIAL HIGHWAY.
The City Council o£ the City of Zynwood does hereby
resolVe a,s follows:
LdHEREAS, a, report on the proposed improvement, to-wit:
the widening of Los Flores Boulevard by the removal of existing �!
curb, gutter, and drive a,pproa,ches, and the construction of new
curb, gutter, drive approaches, and repla,cement of defective side-
walks a.nd a.11 incidental and appurtenant work, all as shown on
Plan No. 1964-E-2, has been prepa,red by the City Engineer and
delivered to the City Council of the City of Lynwood a.s provided
in Division 4 0£ the Streets and Highways Code cited a,s "Special
_ Assessment Investiga.tion, Limita,tion a,nd Ma,�ority Protest Act of
1g31" a.s amended, as directed by the City Council at its regular
meeting held on August 4, 1964.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
l. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby a.pprove sa,id report and orders that sa.id report be filed
with the City Clerk,
2, That the City Council does hereby fix the 6th day
o£ October, 1g64 at the hour of 7:30 p.m. as the day and hour,
a,nd the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Roa.d,
Lynwood, California., as the place when and where any and all
persons interested may appea,r before said City Council and be hea.rd
on any ma,tter perta,ining to said'report.

3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to give notice
as prescribed by Section 2851 of sa,id Streets and Highwa,ys Code,
referred to a,nd cited a,s "Special Assessment Investigation,
Limita.tion and Ma.,jority Protest Act of 193T", as amended, to all
persons designa.ted in sa,id section.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of August 1964.
