' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNW00D ADOPTING AND SUBMITTING A REPORT FOR
THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE
STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES.
WHEREAS the Collier-Unruh Local Transportation Development
Act provides that ,
"Within 60 days following the close of each fiscal
year each county, city, or city and county sha.11
file with the Department a report in a, form pre-
scribed by the Depa.rtment and certified by the
local�governing body showing its expenditures of
funds during the preceding fisca.l year pursuant
to Sections 186.1 through 186.7 and
WHEREAS the attached report, compiled in the Form prescribed
by the Department from records maintained by this City a,nd showing'
expenditures during the 1963=64 fiscal year pursua,nt to Sections
186.1 through 186.7 of the Streets and Highways Code, has been
examined by this Council, a,nd is determined to be factua.l; now
THEREFORE SE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Lynwood hereby certifies the attached report to be a. true
record of expenditures by the City during the 1g63-64 fisca.l year i
in conformance with the requirements o£ the Collier-Unruh Loca,l
Tra,nspo�ation Development Act; a.nd
BE IT �`iTRTHER RESOLVED that the City of Lynwood is
hereby instrueted to transmit six copies of the report and three
certified copies of this resolution to the State of Ca.lifornia,
Department of Public Works, Division o£ Highwa.ys, in care of the
Engineer in charge of its local District office.
