AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, DEDICATING UTILITY
EASEMENTS ON CITY PARKING LOT 12 TO AMEREN UE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council hereby dedicates utility easements to AmerenUE on
City Parking Lot 12, and hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the same.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
