Mr. Hofferberth,
Thank you for engaging Anchor Arts Management (AAM) as your production management theatrical
consultant company for the Key Biscayne Community Center Multi -Purpose Room. On behalf of
Gary Lund and myself, Eric Fliss, we are exited about working with your staff on this project
AAM is prepared to identify theatrical production elements to be used in the Multi -Purpose Room.
We will provide and prepare a list of all necessary theatrical equipment to include sound, lighting,
stage and rigging equipment. AAM will work together with your designated project manager to
review plans and provide critical information that will allow for the proper installation and operation of
all theatrical equipment. We will prepare and review bid documents to ensure all equipment meets the
proposed venue criteria.
Due to the fact that this project is well advanced in its construction schedule, we understand that it may
be necessary to make changes to accommodate existing conditions. AAM is ready to work with your
staff to accommodate the uniqueness of this project.
In review Anchor Arts Management will provide:
• Bid Documents relating to lighting, sound, stage, rigging and drapery equipment
• Coordination with Project Manager, Architect and Contractor
• Qualify Vendors with an emphasis on local service providers
• Review Plans
• Submittal Review
• Coordinate with existing Sub contractors
• Site visits to verify conditions and proper installation
Project Manager and Contractor are responsible for all permits, fees and assume responsibility for all
calculations related to electrical, structural and mechanical limitations.
For the above services Anchor Arts Management requests a fee of $9,500.
Anchor Arts Management staff agrees to make eight (8) site visits along with all the above services.
Any additional site visits will be billed out at a daily rate of $400.00 per day.
Payment schedule:
50% payment due upon acceptance of this agreement $4,750.
40% payment due upon final bid award $3,800. Plus any additional costs
10% payment due after receiving T.C.O or C.O. $950.
As stated previously Anchor Arts Management is committed to providing you, with professional
performing arts production services that meet your specific and detailed requirements. Please sign the
