Member Zietlow introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.00-57
AGREEMENT FOR JOINT USAGE
SANITARY SEWER AND WATER FACILITIES
CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND CITY OF MEDINA
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth requested that the City of Medina allow 19045 Hamel Road
located within the City of Plymouth to connect to the Medina sewer and water system; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared incorporating the terms and conditions as
established by each City Council; and
WHEREAS, the agreement is recommended for approval to the Medina City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the city council of the city of
Medina, Minnesota that the Mayor and Administrator -Clerk -Treasurer are authorized to execute
the agreement for joint usage of sanitary sewer and water facilities on behalf of the City of
Medina for the property at 19045 Hamel Road, Plymouth.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that the agreement is not effective until approved by the
Plymouth City Council.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Smith and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Johnson, Smith, and Zietlow
and the following voted against same: None Absent: Lane
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
