RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL.OF TI�E CITY OF
LYNWOOD WITFIDRAWING CERTAIN AREAS OF LAND
ANNEXED TO SAID CITY FROM THE CONSOLIDATED
FIRE PftOTECTION DISTRICT OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY,
WHEREAS, the City of LYnwood has completed t,he annexatiion
of certain land, as hereinafter described, to said Cit;,r of Lynwood,
and
WHEREAS, said City of LJnwood does provide fire protection
• to said area of land, and
WHEREAS, the State of California Health and Safety Code,
Division 12, Part 3, Chapter 2, Articlell, provides that whenever
any portion of a fire protection district is included within a cit�r
by reason of annexation, such portion may be withdrawn from the
district,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED bJ the City Council of the
, Citg 'of Lynwood that the following described areas of land be and the
same are hereby declared withdrawn from said Consolidated Fire
Protection District of Los Angeles Countf:

being also the intersection of said southerly line with
the northerly prolongation of the center line of First
Avenue, 60 feet wide, as shown on said tract map; thence

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed and
ordered to file copies of this resolution with the State Board of
Equalization, County Board of Supervisors, County Clerk, and County-
Assessor.
