_ RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'THE CITY OF
. LYNWOOD REQUESTING WITHDRAWAL OF CERTAIN AREAS
OF LAND ANNEXED TO SAID CITY FROM THE CONSOLI-
DATED SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT OF LOS ANGELES
' COUNTY,
WHEREAS, the CitJ of Lynwood has completed the annexation
' of certain areas of land as hereinafter described,,to said City of
Lynwood, and
WHEREAS, the State of California Health'and Safety Code,
Division 5, Part 3, Chapter 4, Article 'j, provides that whenever any
portion of a district is included within a citJ by reason of annexa-
tion, such portion may be withdrawn from the district bf request of
the Cit�r Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the CitJ Council of the
City of Lynwood hereby requests the Board of Supervisors of Los
Angeles County to exclude from the District those portions of the
Consolidated Sewer Maintenance District lying within the following
described areae of land:
