RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD WIT�IDRAWII�IG CERTAIN AREAS OF LAND
ANNEXED TO SAID CIT�' FROM THE SOUTHEAST MOSQUITO
ABATEMENT DISTRICT OF L�S ANGELES COUNTY,
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has completed the annexation
of certain areas of land, as hereinafter described, to said City of
Lynwood, and
WHEREAS, the State of California Health and Safety Code, '
Division 3, Chapter 5, Article 6.5, provides that whenever any portion
of a d.istrict is included within a city by reason of annexation, such,
portion may be withdrawn from the district, and.
WHEREAS, notice of intention to withdraw said hereinafter
described areas was given to the Southeast Mosquito Abatement District,
pursuant to Section z35o of said. Health and Safetv Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood that the following described areas of land be and the
same are hereby declared withdrawn from said Southeast Mosquito Abate-
ment District of Los Angeles County:

Beginning at a point in the northerly line of the
Lynwood City bound.ary as said. boundary existed on
August 30, 1g62 said point being distant North 71

from the northeast corner of Lot 2, J, J. Bullis
Tract as shown on map recorded in Book 3, pages 612 and 613
of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, State of
California; thence No2�th 19 15t East 464,50 feet to the
intersection of the center line of Lavinia Avenue, 60 •
feet wide, being the northerly line of Lot 2 of said
