RESOLUTION N0, 63-7
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE CITY
ENGINEER AND FIXING TIME OF HEARSNG IN THE '
MAT7'ER OF THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT OF BEECHWOOD
AVENUE BETWEEN CALIFORNIA AVENUE AND LYNWOOD
CITY PARK,
WHEREAS, a report on the proposed improvement, to wit:
removal of exist'ing curb and gutter, construction of new�concrete
curb and gutter adjacent to existing sidewalk, and construction of
new drive approaches, including all incidental and appurtenant work,
all as shown on Plan No, 1962-W-2, has been prepared by the City
Engineer as directed by the City Council at its regular meeting of
December 18 1962 and delivered to the City Council oF the City of
Lynwood as provided in Division 4 of the Streets and Highways Code
cited as "Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Majority
Protest Act of 1931 as amended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby approve said report and order that said report be filed with
the City Clerk,
2, That the City Council does hereby fix the 5th day of
March i963 at the hour o£ 7:30 p,m, as the day and hour, and the
Council Chambers of the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, Lynwood,
California, as the place when and where any and all persons interested
may appear before said City Council and be heard on any matter pertain-
ing to said report,
3. The City Clerk.is hereby authorized to give notice as
preecribed by Section 2851 of said Streets and Highways Code, referred
to and cited as "Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and
:;',� Majority Pro_test Act of 1931," as amended, to all persons designated
� in said section,
