COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
MARCH 2, 2004
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Zovak called the Community Redevelopment Agency Meeting to order at 8:14 p.m.
in the Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL

Member - Capra, Vizcarra, Wong, Arrighi, Zovak
Member -None
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director Cole, Agency Counsel Martin, Agency Secretary
Flandrick
3. CEREMONIAL MATTERS — None
Executive Director Cole announced, according to the Agency's by -laws, the Mayor and Mayor
Pro Tem of the City Council are the Chairman and Vice Chairman respectively of the
Community Redevelopment Agency. As the City Council re- organized earlier this evening,
Mayor Zovak is the Agency's Chairman and Mayor Pro Tem Arrighi is the Vice Chairman.

5. CONSENT CALENDAR
Vice Chairman Arrighi moved to approve the Consent Calendar, seconded by Mr: Vizcarra
and unanimously carried by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Member - Capra, Vizcarra, Wong, Arrighi, Zovak
NOES: Member -None
ABSENT: Member -None
ABSTAIN: Member -None
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of February 17, 2004, as presented.
B. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. CRA 04 -825 — APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF
BILLS
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 04 -825, a RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN
THE SUM OF $79,400.00 DEMAND NOS. 3143 THROUGH 3145.
