RESOLUTION NO. 1 6-91 75
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA, DIRECTING THE CITY
MANAGER, CITY CLERK OR CITY ATTORNEY TO
PROVIDE A REPORT TO THE CITY COMMISSION
WHENEVER EITHER OF THEM PARTICIPATES IN A
MEETING WITH ANY FEDERAL, STATE OR COUNTY
OFFICIALS; PROVIDING FOR INCORPORATION OF
RECITALS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission needs to be informed of any meetings that
the City Manager, City Clerk or City Attorney have with any Federal, State or
County officials; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City and the City Commission that
the City Manager, City Clerk and City Attorney keep the City Commission
reasonably informed, whenever possible, after meeting with Federal, State and
County officials.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference;
Section 2. The City Manager, City Clerk and City Attorney are hereby
directed to provide the City Commission with a report detailing the outcome
of any meetings that take place with Federal, State or County officials.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
