MSC restroom renovated. One (1) mobile restroom is in FY11. 2010 Ordinances adopted to date are in process of confirmation by city attorney and clerk and will be submitted toVivian for Supplement #4 by 6/30/2010. Municode is codified through 6/30/2010 Footings have been installed. It is estimated that the wall will be installed by the end of the month. City did not receive NOAA Funding. Mayor wrote letter to General about monitoring and safety issues. Structures are now starting to become visible now. City installing new warning signage. City sent WARDA request for funding to Senator Chambliss' office on 5/17/10. Currently a WARDA Request. City received permit with conditions. City staff is working with DNR staff to meet those conditions. Project is in FY 11 Budget. RFP's received. Project will start in March. Postponed. City will look into using a on-line service. Information about service given to C.C. Updating Cable 7 programming, information on web newsletter and back of W & S bill, Facebook, Twitter, and reverse 911 system to communicate. BTF Sub-Committee has completed draft, and plan has been review by Erik Olsen and returned to the BTF Sub-Committee. In Process Meters were installed at Medical Clinic site and at St. Michael's (Between Butler Ave. and Lovell), parking stops installed in Inlet parking lot and no parking signs installed on one side of Chatham. P&D installed in Memorial Park. Decal Ordinance approved on 10/14/10. Second follow-up workshop to be scheduled in February or March, 2011. Grant Applied for through the Safe Routes to Schools. City did not receive grant in 2008/09. Project is no longer eligible for safe routes to schools due to the closing of St. Michael's. Tybee received honorable mention on May 1, 2010 and will receive details from Federation on areas for Improvement Bicycle Friendly Committee deadline is February 25, 2011. Program completed. Graduation was held in January 2011 - Steering Committee would like to have a program for 2011/12 DPW has removed trash from building. All items in building are the City's. Infrastructure Committee is looking at possible options. City Marshal is using a sticker program with two warning and then will issue citations. City received Bronze Recogniation in August 2010 New mobimat ordered in March 2011. Public Safety Committee to review necessary signage for FY 12 Budget Reviewed at July 17, 2010 C.C. Workshop. Workshop was held on February 26, 2011 - City Attorney to reports back in 45 days about legal issues. Workshop scheduled for March 31, 2011 at 5:30 pm
