RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER
WHEREAS, on April 24, 2000 the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret approved a contract to Target Environmental Co, Inc. in the amount
of $58,040.00, and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has informed the governing body that a
modification of the contract is reasonable and necessary, and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has further certified that said modifications were
unforeseen at the time the original contract was awarded, and are emergent in
nature, and mandated by the NJDEP.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the sum of $25,700.00 is
hereby added from the original contract and payment of the modified amount is
hereby approved.
Adopted this 27th day of July, 2000
and Certified as a tree copy of the
original on July 28, 2000.
