A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OF A, '
REPORT OF MAINTENANCE OF STREET LIGHTS IN '
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD FOR THE TWELVE-MONTH
PERIOD COMMENCING JULY l, 1g63
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows: . ��
Section 1. That the City Engineer be and he is hereby
directed to make and file with the City Clerk of said city, a
report, in.writing, covering the ma.intenance of all street light-
ing in said city for a period commencing July.l 1963 and ending
Sune 30, 1964.
� Section 2 .. That said report shall contain the following:
a. An estima.te of the costs and expense of the
improvement for the ensuing fisca.l yea.r.
b. A dia�ram for the a.ssessment district referred
to in Resolution of •Intention;No: 61-21, a.dopted on the'
18th day of Spril 1961 and the boundaries and dimensibns
� of the respective lots and parcels of land within the
distric't.as it existed at the time of,the making of the
la.st mentioned dia,gram, ea.ch of which�lot`s or pa.rcels
• sha.11 be given a special number on the dia�ra,m.
c. A schedule showing the propor.tiona.te amount of
assessment to be charged in proportion to the benefits to
be received by each 1'ot or parcel shown on the 'diagram .
. required by subdivision (b�. of this sec.tion.
Section 3 . That such report shall be in compliance with
, the provisions o£ the Street Lighting Act of 1glg Part 1, Division
,l'4, Cha.pter 6, of the Streets and Highwa.ys Code of the Sta.te of
� Ca,lifori��.a, as amended. '
