RBSOLUTION N0 6�-25
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND
MAP OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF BEECHWOOD AVENUE BETWEEN CALIFORNIA AVENUE AND
LYNWOOD CITY PARK BY THE REMOVAL OF EXISTING CURB
AND GUTTER AND BY THE CON5TRUCTION OF CONCRETE
CURB AND GUTTER AND DRIVEWAY APPROACHES, TOGETHER ',
WITH ALL INCIDENTAL AND APPURTENANT WORK,
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby resolve
as follows:
Section l , T'�at Plans and Specifications No, 1962-W-3 for
the improvement of Beechwood Avenue between C=lifornia Avenue and
Lynwood City Park by the removal of existing curb and gutter and by
the construction of concrete curb and gutter and driveway approaches,
together with all incidental and appurtenant work, as prepared and
submitted by the City Engineer of said city on the 26th day of March,
1963 be and the same are hereby adopted as the official plans and
specifications for doing said work and making said improvement, Said
plans and specifications shall govern for all details of the proposed
work,
Section 2, That the map or plat marked Plan No 1962-w-4
showing the district of lands to be benefited by and to be assessed to
pay the costs and expenses of said work or improvement, be and the
same is hereby adopted as the official map of the assessment district
for said work or improvement.
