A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE-CITY
'ENGINEER AND AUTHORIZING THE LEVYING OF` THE '
ASSESSMENT COVERING STREET LIGHTING EXPENSES
FOR THE 1g63-64 FISCAL YEAR. �
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Lynwood did,
• on the 2nd day of.April, 1963 file with the City Clerk a,s directed
by,Resolution No. 63-19 of the City Council of the City of Lynwood,
a report setting forth the costs and expenses for street lighting
service iri the City of Lynwood for the twelve-month period commenc-'
ing July 1, 1963 together with the assessment diagram and assess-
, ment, ro11. Said written report wa.s ma,de pursuant to the provisions
' of Section 18090 and 18091 of Chapter 6, Division 15, Pa.rt l, of
• the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California;
' � NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood as £ollows: � � :
' Section 1. Tha.t�said repor,t, dia.gram, and assessment roll,
unmodified, is hereby approved and adopted.
Section 2.' That the.levying of the a,ssessment as proposed
in said report_is hereby.authorized and approved.
Section 3. That the City C1erk of the City of L'ynwood is
�.. hereby directed to transmit to the County of Los Angeles Tati Collector
the dia�ram a.nd ass roll upon.which said levy is based, and
said County Tax Collector is hereby authorized and dir2cted to ma.ke
collections of,all such assessments arid to perform a,11 of the acts
and duties as a,re required by sa.id act to be periormed by the persons
designated as ° Tax Collector" in Chapter 6, Division 14, Part 1, o£
