CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.01-06
RESOLUTION APPROVING FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
TRUNK HIGHWAY 55 AND WILLOW DRIVE
INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, it is proposed to construct improvements to the T.H. 55/Willow Drive
intersection, including signalizing the intersection, realigning Willow Drive and frontage roads and
closing existing accesses onto T.H. 55 and to assess the benefited properties for all or a part of the
cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the city council on August 15, 2000, a
feasibility report has been prepared by Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik & Associates with reference to
the T.H. 55/Willow Drive intersection improvement project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota that the city council hereby accepts the feasibility report prepared by Bonestroo Rosene
Anderlik & Associates for the improvement project and will consider construction of the
improvement and the assessment of benefited properties for all or a portion of the cost thereof,
which cost is estimated to be $1,560,000.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Phil Zietlow
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Lane, Smith, Workman, and Zietlow
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
