WHEREAS, pursuant to an act of the Legislature of the State of California known as the "Labor Code," the City Council of the City of Lynwood is required to aseertain the general prevailing rate of �, per diem wages and the general prevailing rate of per diem wages for legal holidays and overtime work in this locality for each craft or type of laborer, workman or mechanic needed to execute the proposed � contract for the removal of existing curb and gutter and by the con- . struction of concrete curb and gutter and driveway approaches, in Beechwood Avenue between California Avenue and Lynwood City Park, in accordance with plans and specifications No. 1962-W-3 on file in the office of the City C1erk of said City of Lynwood. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby resolve as follows: .
