HomeMy Public PortalAbout2001-007 Resolution Setting Public Hearing for Making Trunk Highway 55 and Willow Drive Intersection Improvement ProjectMember Carolyn Smith introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.01-07 RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING FOR MAKING TRUNK HIGHWAY 55 AND WILLOW DRIVE INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT WHEREAS, the city council has ordered the preparation of plans and specifications for making improvements to the T.H. 55/Willow Drive intersection, including signalizing the intersection, realigning Willow Drive and frontage roads and closing existing accesses onto T.H. 55. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that a public hearing on the making and assessment of said improvement project be held on March 6, 2001 beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the council chambers at city hall and that the administrator -clerk -treasurer be authorized and directed to give mailed and published notice thereof as required by law.
