CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.01-08
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR TRUNK HIGHWAY 55 AND
WILLOW DRIVE INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the city council has approved the feasibility report prepared by Bonestroo
Rosene Anderlik & Associates regarding the improvements to the T.H. 55/Willow Drive
intersection, including signalizing the intersection, realigning Willow Drive and frontage roads and
closing existing accesses onto T.H. 55.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota as follows:
1. The city's consulting engineer, Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik & Associates, is hereby
authorized and directed to prepare plans and specifications for the making of said improvement and
to return the plans and specifications to the city council at its earliest convenience.
2. It is the judgment of the city council that the proposed improvement has no
relationship to the city's comprehensive plan.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Bruce
Workman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Lane, Smith, Workman, and Zietlow
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
