RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY .
OF LYNWOOD ADOPTING BUDGET PROPOSAL FOR
EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED UNDER SECTION
2107.5 OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE. .
WHEREAS, a, master agreement has been executed between
the State of California and the:City of Lynwood for the expend-
iture of the engineering allocation to cities,�and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said
agreement in full and is fa.miliar with the-.contents thereof;
' THEREFORE; be it reaolved•by the City Council of the'
City of Lynwood that said Uudget proposal be and is hereby
adopted as t:ze budget of pro�osed expenditures of the engineering
allocation to cities, and said bud�et pro�osal be and the same
is hereby a.pproved and the Ma.yor is directed to sign the same
on behalf of saicl City, said budget proposal to be binding
upon the City upon its approval by the authorized officials
