A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM IN THE
MATTER OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF BEECHWOOD AVENUE
BETWEEN CALIFORNIA AVENUE AND LYNWOOD CITY PARK
BY THE REMOVAL OF EXISTING CONCRETE CURB AND
GUTTER AND BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE CURB
AND GUTTER AND DRIVEWAY APPROACHES, TOGETHER WITH
ALL INCIDENTAL AND APPUnTENANT WORK,
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the assessment diagram for the improve-
' ment of Beechwood Avenue between California Avenue and Lynwood City
Park by the removal of trees,, cement concrete curbs, gutters, side-
walks,driveways, and storm drain catch basins, and the construction
of cement concrete curbs, gutters, driveways, sidewalks, and storm
drain catch basins, including all incidental and appurtenant work,
as shown on Plan No, 1g63-w-5 on file in the office of the City
Clerk of the City of Lynwood, be and the same is hereby approved and
adopted, � '
Section 2. That the City Clerk of said city is directed
to certify the fact and date of the adoption of this resolution to
the Superintendent of Streets of said city, and shall deliver said
diagram to said Superintendent of Streets,
