RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH FACTS OF HEARING AND
CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT IN TKE MATTER OF THE
IMPROVEMENT OF BEECHWOOD AVENUE BETWEEN
CALIFORNIA AVENUE AND LYNWOOD CITY PARK BY THE
. REMOVAL OF EXISTING CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTr�R
AND BY THE OONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE CURB AND
GUTTER AND DRNEWAY APPROACHES, TOGETHER WITH
ALL INCIDENTAL AND APPURTENANT WORK,
WHEREAS, under the provisions of Division 7 0£ the
. Streets and Highways Code, cited as the "Improvement Act of 1911,"
anc] amendments thereto, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
adopted its Resolution of Intention No, 63-26 on the 2nd day of
April 1g63 declaring its intention to order certain work to be
done; re£erence.is hereby made to said resolution of intention for
a description of the work or improvement, the assessment district,
and for particulars, whieh resolution is on file in the o£fice o£
the City Clerk of said city, and
WHEREAS, the proceedings pursuant to said resolution of
intention have been had and taken in the time, form and manner
, required by law, and
WHEREAS, a notice of hearing on the proposed assessment
has been published, posted, and mailed as required by law, and
- WHEREAS, a full and complete'hearing on said assessment
was held on the lst day of October, 1g63 and
WHEREAS, there were no oral or written protests and
objections, '
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood as follows; -
Section 1. That the assessment is just and correct. in
accordance with law, and that all actions, deberminations, resolutions,
and orders, and all the proceedings heretofore taken are legal, valid,

and sufficient, and that the diagram attached to said aasessment is
legal, valid, and sufficient.
Section 2: That °aid proceedings and said:assessment are
hereby confirmed, and it is hereby ordered that the warrant may be
