� A RESOLUTION OF' THE CITY CQUNCIL OF THE CITY
' OF LYN�SOOD ALLOCATIN� FUNDS FOR ADVERTISING,
PROMOTION AND PUBLICITY
� The City Couneil of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows;
Section l: An agreement exists between the City of
Lynwood and the Lynwood Junior Chamber of Commerce to which this
resolution is a part and is referred to as "Exhibit A." The
purpose of this exhibit is to establish a budget and method of
payment to the Junior Chamber in exchange for advertising,
promo�ion and publicity of the city.
Section 2: There is appropriated Prom the General
Fund of the city a total of $85o whiclz is the maximum that will
. be paid for advertising, p�omoi,ion and publicity by Junior ' •
Chamber in fiscal 1g63-64. Ti�is sum will be allocated to Junior
Chamber as follows:
a. �425 on or about September 1,.1963 � , i
� b. �425 on or about March 1, 1g64 ' �
said allocation being subj,ect to the quarterly statement'and I
i
payback stipulations contained in the agreement.
Section 3: A definitive bud�et indicating anticipated .
. items of expenditure is ouclined below:
a. Miss Lynwood Beauty Contest $ 300
' b. Operation Santa.Claus _ $.150
c. Al1 America City 4th of July � 300
d. Approved misc, advertising � 100,
' Junior Chamber may not exceed the amount allocated for any one item
hereinabove described. Reco�nizing first-year experience under
this a�reement, however, expenditures for any one item other than
salary may exceed the amount indicated after prior written approval

Section 4: This exhibit resolution shall terminate on
June 30, 1g6�E.
